We ship most orders through Canada Post and those orders use live shipping rates with Canada Post. These rates will vary based on delivery location. You will receive a conformation email once your order has shipped. If your item shows flat rate shipping this is not shipped through Canada Post.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us via email. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are looking to exchange a product, the product must be in stock. The quickest way to exchange an item is to make a separate purchase for the new item while the return is being processed.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as seeds, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
